Partners (SPP) is a Birmingham, Michigan-based real estate
private equity firm that specializes in investing in urban
development projects throughout the Midwest.
SPP seeks to invest in developments with total project costs of $10
- $150 million which are located in growing or thriving, walkable
urban communities.
HIGHLY TARGETED INVESTMENT STRATEGY
SPP primarily invests in urban mixed-use developments (MXD) that
attract a broad range of public financial support in the form of tax
credits and abatements, grants, and low-interest loans provided by
federal, state and local governments as well as the non-profit
community. The firm considers a wide range of project types,
