Partners in 2007. Jason’s responsibilities include deal origination,
market development, investment analysis and asset management. Jason
has substantial experience in real estate finance, asset management,
urban development and tax credit incentives.
Prior to joining SPP, Jason served as CFO for Connektiv Companies
and Cavaliere Companies, Michigan-based urban development firms
specializing in brownfield redevelopment. While with these firms
Jason closed over $75.0 million in real estate financing
transactions and gained experience with brownfield tax credit and
tax increment financing programs, historic tax credits, neighborhood
enterprise zones, obsolete property rehabilitation programs, and
façade improvement grants.
Jason has also served as a financial analyst for Royal Oak,
Michigan-based Milestone Realty Services, Inc., which originates and
manages real estate investments for pension funds, corporations, and
private and institutional investors. Jason performed asset
management, development, underwriting and mortgage brokerage
activities, specializing in multi-family residential transactions.
Jason received his MBA and Master of Urban Planning degrees from the
University of Michigan, and graduated with High Distinction from the
University of Michigan BBA program. He resides in Plymouth, Michigan
with his wife and daughter.
